Because I have become so entrenched in this world, I am attracted to vain things although I know deep down inside, I really want that intimacy back with God now.
It’s awesome that you’ve recognized this in your life, and it sounds like you’re on the right track by wanting to turn back to Him. I’ll suggest a few things about being “entrenched” in worldliness.
