Earlier this year, I pledged to save $10,000 to give away to charity. I had cut my income in half to do so, and my goal was to finish by December.
Currently, I have saved $8500 and I’m still on track (I’m actually ahead). I am considering a specific organization and will contact the leader this week. At this point, I’m also considering a “dollar-for-dollar” matching so that anyone else can add to the $10,000.
Please pray for me so I can finish strong. If you’re interested in helping, please let me know. Love y’all.
Depending on the organization you choose, I’m willing to contribute $100.00 to that ministry. Historically we have given to Compassion (we have 5 “kids”), VOM, Gideons International, Campus Crusade and Wycliffe, among others. Thanks for your giving spirit.

Thank you so much for your generosity. I am considering a particular fund that fights human trafficking and sex slavery. This has been a huge issue on my mind for quite some time now. I’ll announce it pretty soon! Thanks again, you’re very appreciated.

Excellent! God has truly laid a great need on your heart. If the ministry is Bible-centered and seeks to remove children from both the slavery of sex trafficking and the bondage of sin through the gospel then I’m in. On second thought, make that $200.00.
Will anyone join me?

Hi there…just wanted to let you know that I nominated you for the Lovely Blog Award. Please stop by and review my posting about it and then do the same thing I did, on your own blog when you accept the award. It’s easy. Just tell us 7 things about yourself that we don’t know, and nominate several other bloggers for the award.

Enjoy!! God bless.
